Proper pricing is the foundation of a real estate transaction and one of the many details that are discussed with and decided by you, the owner.
The next step is to determine which type and how much advertising you desire. Each property is unique and should require its own advertising plan. What may work at one property, an in depth video tour for online advertising for example, may be helpful to a certain type of property while an investor caravan tour may be helpful for a different type of property.
