Bio: I have been in the real estate business as a licensed broker for 17 years. As a native to the Bridgeport area, I am very familiar with the area market and its many quirks. I love helping people find the property that suits them best, and there's nothing more rewarding to me than a satisfied customer.
Bio: Salvatore obtained his real estate agent's license in 2002 and his broker's license in 2005. He oversees the day to day office functions as well as handling most of the REO portfolio. He grew up in Shelton and is an expert in the greater Bridgeport metro area market. He loves spending time with his family and running.
Bio: Michael graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Finance. He has a background in the mortgage industry and took his knowledge of the market into the Real Estate industry in 2008. He is our buyer specialist and uses his friendly attitude to get to know people on a personal level.
His biggest interest is being with his wife and 2 children and all things sports.
This is the perfect time of the year to get serious about Real Estate! For sellers, take advantage of relatively low inventory levels and start marketing your house before the rush. A general rule of thumb is that when schools let out for summer, inventory goes up! For buyers, this is a great time to take advantage of low interest rates and sellers looking to beat the 'hot' market at the end of spring/beginning of summer.
