          The correct selling price of a home is the HIGHEST PRICE the market will bear.  To assist you in determining the correct asking price we have provided an extensive market evaluation; taking in consideration location, type of home and other general similarities.  We use Homes that have recently Sold, Homes that are currently Under Deposit, Homes that are currently Active on the market and Homes that Did Not Sell.

1- The sold homes will show what home owners actually received from similar homes on the market.  This is the formula lending institutions will use in the appraisal process.

2- Homes currently under deposit will help in determining what the market is like NOW- has home prices increased, decreased or stayed stable.

3- Homes Active on the Market will show your "competition".  Also, we can be sure we are not "under pricing" your home.

4- Homes that did not sell will also help paint a picture- was it too high priced, was the condition a turn off- we will not make the same mistake.

Schedule your home for Inner Office and MLS Tour

In House Listing Package- with Picture and Disclosures

Mail "Just Listed" Flyers in your Neighborhood

Notify local agents and "In-House" potential buyers of your listing

Hold Public Open House (If desired)

Arrange Newspaper & Magazine Advertising

Arrange showings for other agents and provide feedback on request

Pre-approve all potential buyers

Present and discuss all offers on home with owner(s)

Negotiate the transaction with other agent(s)

Finalize the Closing
