4 Week Marketing Plan We would like to thank you for marketing your home with Spadaccino Realty Team; we will work diligently in the marketing of your home, overseeing every detail of your transaction. We are committed to keeping you informed and involved in that process. We understand that many of the activities that we do are internal and, with that thought in mind, we have created a timeline of initial activities and an agent contact schedule to keep you informed!! Please review these activities and schedules. Please note: our office is open 7 days a week to serve you better; please feel free to call- I will always return your call in a timely manner. Week One: Input into the Multiple Listing Service Review Listing- checking all Legal Documents Order Yard Sign Install Lock Box Arrange Brokers Open House Notify the top Agents of Your Listing Send out "Just Listed" Postcards and Flyers Create and deliver "Listing Packages" **Contact with Client (s) Week Two: Schedule Our Office "Caravan" Showing Schedule all forms of advertising including: Newspaper Magazine All Web Sites Consider and/or Schedule Public Open House ** Contact with Client (s) Week Three: Schedule advertising for upcoming week Make sure there are enough "Listing Packages" in home Review all Feedback We now should have had enough showings and feedback from clients from our office agents, other office agents and potential buyers from Open House, Web Sites and Advertising to give you a complete Feedback Presentation. ** Contact with Client (s) We should, at this time, schedule a Review Session in our Office to determine exact plan of action for the upcoming 3-4 week session. (This is in the event that your home is not currently under deposit). Week Four: At this time we will, once again, review all information we have received from agents and buyers.We also will do another complete Market Evaluation to keep current with market conditions.We will then be able to better determine our strategy for the upcoming 3-4 week period & to do any price adjusting that is needed. |
