The undersigned agrees to perform the following services for those purchasing a home:
1- Offer assistance with local mortgage company´s, including our In-House Mortgage Company: Cross Country Lenders- Michael Spadaccino 203- 712-1409 or Cell 203-988-1497
2- Compile a Comparative Market Evaluation of similar homes to the one you are considering making an offer.
3- Contact you on a regular basis (email, fax or telephone- whichever you prefer) with new listings that fit your specific criteria.
4- Review your situation and criteria every four weeks.
5- Where available, offer Home Warranty Plan coverage for the home. (This will protect you against unexpected repair costs). ** Please check appropriate deductibles.
6- Provide you with a National Referral Service to assist you in finding a home in another area- if we cannot service your needs.
7- We will be present and represent you through the negotiation process, the mortgage process, the home inspection and appraisal- in other words from start to closing- and beyond!!
Commitment to Service: If, for any reason, Spadaccino Realty Team fails to perform all of the services in this commitment, please put in writing the specific breach- we will then have ten (10) days to correct whatever problem may have come up or we will, at your request, terminate the Buyer Broker Agreement. This Commitment is valid for any Agreement we have taken for Ninety (90) days or longer.
This Commitment is offered exclusively by Spadaccino Realty Team.
