The undersigned agrees to perform the following services to market your home:
1- Conduct a Pre-Qualification of prospective buyers through an area lender (please see section on financing) before showing your home; we will endeavor to have cooperating brokers do the same.
2- Assist you with any financing you may need in the purchase of another home.
3- Make a Comparative Market evaluation of your home.
4- Contact you on a regular basis with feedback.
5- Review your competitive selling position every 4 weeks.
6- Where available, offer a 1 year Home Protection Plan.
7- Photograph and Submit Photos and a description of your home for marketing on the MLS, all pertinent Web Sites, including Realtor.com, spadaccinoteam.com and salspadaccino.com
8- Provide you with a National Referral Service to assist you in finding a home in another community while your present home is being sold.
Commitment to Service: If, for any reason, Spadaccino Realty Team fails to perform all of the services in this commitment, please put in writing the specific breach- we will then have ten (10) days to correct whatever problem may have come up or we will, at your request, terminate the Listing. This Commitment is valid for any Listing we have taken for One-Hundred and Twenty (120) days or longer.
