Sal Spadaccino, Broker/Owner: Has over 12 years of Real Estate Brokerage experience, the last 8 as a Broker. Sal, and his wife, Michelle, have 3 fantastic children, daughter, Danielle and sons Michael and his wife, Brooke, and Salvatore. They also have 2 precious gifts; grandchildren Madison and Michael. Sal has a passion for real estate- buying, selling, investing, and talking to people in "pre-foreclosure" situations- anything and everything to do with real estate. In his spare time, which is not much, he loves spending time with his grandchildren, playing an occasional round of golf, going to the gym and donating time with church related projects. With regards to Sal´s Real Estate career; he attended and completed the Principals and Practices of Real Estate at Sacred Heart University. He also attended Naugatuck Valley Community College where he completed an Appraisal Course and Property Management Course- both of these helped Sal to obtain his Real Estate Broker License, which he has since 1999. Sal has enjoyed many award filled years with Re/Max Real Estate and ERA Real Estate, where he was a former Franchise Owner. Spadaccino Realty Team has been in existence since 2003 and has grown and changed over the past 4 years. Sal is also proud to say that he has obtained many designations; all to stay in tune with our ever changing real estate market.
